# Install and sign in

Install a TerraLab plugin from the QGIS plugin manager, then sign in once in your browser. It takes about a minute and needs no card.

## Requirements

| Plugin | QGIS | System |
| --- | --- | --- |
| AI Agent | 3.28 or later | Windows, macOS or Linux, with an internet connection |
| AI Segmentation | 3.22 or later | Windows, macOS or Linux, with an internet connection |
| AI Edit | 3.22 or later | Windows, macOS or Linux, with an internet connection |

No GPU and no Python package to install: the models run on TerraLab servers.

## Install

1. In QGIS, open **Plugins**, **Manage and Install Plugins**.
2. Search for **AI Agent by TerraLab**, **AI Segmentation** or **AI Edit**.
3. Click **Install**.

The same plugins can be downloaded as a zip from plugins.qgis.org: [AI Agent](https://plugins.qgis.org/plugins/AI_Agent/), [AI Segmentation](https://plugins.qgis.org/plugins/AI_Segmentation/), [AI Edit](https://plugins.qgis.org/plugins/AI_Edit/). In QGIS, **Install from ZIP** installs that file.

## Sign in

1. Open the plugin panel. AI Agent opens with `Ctrl+Alt+A`.
2. Click **Sign in**. Your browser opens terra-lab.ai.
3. Sign in or create a free account, confirm, and go back to QGIS.

The account links itself and the free allowance shows in the panel. One account covers the three plugins, the [MCP server](https://terra-lab.ai/docs/mcp) and the API. Usage and plans are on your [dashboard](https://terra-lab.ai/dashboard).

## Update

QGIS lists available updates under **Plugins**, **Manage and Install Plugins**, **Upgradeable**. Install them there; your sign-in is kept.
