Vragen over prijzen
- Yes. Every Pro plan from TerraLab covers commercial use: client deliverables, work for your employer and anything your organization sells.
- Annual plans are billed once a year at the price of 10 months, so you get 2 months free. Monthly plans have no commitment.
- Take Pro monthly and cancel when your work is done, with no commitment. For a one-off project over a large area, AI Segmentation Business sells the km² in one go, valid 12 months.
- Your allowance resets on the same day every month, shown in your dashboard and in QGIS: 300 runs on AI Agent Pro, 200 km² on AI Segmentation Pro and 150 generations on AI Edit Pro. We never bill you for going over. If you need more, Business gives you the volume you choose.
- Yes, in one click from your dashboard. You keep access until the end of the paid period, and nothing is deleted.
- Yes. Every payment generates an invoice with VAT handled at checkout, emailed automatically and available anytime from your dashboard.
- It sits in France and the EU, and you can export or delete it from your dashboard. On Pro, TerraLab keeps nothing and nothing of yours trains a model. AI Edit sends the map area and your prompt to an image partner in the USA, which deletes them within 30 days. The full list is on our sub-processors and DPA page.
- Teams and companies whose needs go beyond Pro on AI Agent, AI Segmentation or AI Edit: more volume than Pro, several colleagues on one company account, or a particular development.
- Yes. AI Segmentation Business sells the area you need in one go, above the 200 km² a month of Pro: 300, 500, 1,000 km² or more, to use over 12 months. No subscription needed.
- Yes. Business comes with a company account: your colleagues use the same volume, and you add or remove them at any time.
- Yes, on request. AI Segmentation can run on your own GPU servers so the imagery never leaves your network, and it can be fine-tuned on the objects you map. Tell us your setup in the Business form.
- Yes. Business is invoiced: you pay by bank transfer, and we work from your purchase order if you have one.
