Service Provider

These Terms of Sale govern paid subscriptions sold by:

Services Offered

We sell subscriptions to the AI features of our QGIS plugins. Each subscription includes:

• Access to the plugin's paid features with your personal account
• A monthly allowance of AI processing (AI Agent tasks, image generations or segmentations)
• Email support

Current offering: AI Agent Pro at EUR 49/month with 300 tasks per billing period. AI Edit at EUR 29/month with 100 images per billing period (one image per generation, at 2K or 4K). AI Segmentation Pro at EUR 39/month with two monthly allowances: 100 km² of Automatic detection (the ground area of each zone, counted in km² on the map) and 500 objects saved in the Cloud AI click mode. The Pack at EUR 89/month carries all three. Each paid plan is also sold yearly, at ten times its monthly price. Subscriptions that include AI Segmentation Pro and were taken out before 7 October 2026 keep the km² allowance shown at purchase. Subscribers who took the two-plugin Pack at EUR 59/month or EUR 590/year before 11 September 2026 keep that price, and their subscription includes AI Agent Pro. Free plans: AI Agent carries 5 tasks per month; AI Segmentation carries 1.5 km² and 20 objects per month under the same counting, and Semi-Auto processing on the user's own machine is not metered. Unused allowances do not carry over.

License and Authorized Use

Your subscription and your account are personal:

• Granted to a single named user, who may use the results commercially in their professional work.
• Sharing your account, or using it within a team or organization, is prohibited. Several users need a team plan.
• TerraLab may suspend an account that is shared.

The free plan carries no commercial use: it covers evaluation, personal use and academic study only. Results produced during a paid subscription stay licensed for commercial use after it ends. The plugins remain free software under the GNU General Public License version 2; this clause governs the AI service they call and what it returns. Our Terms of Use also apply, in particular the restricted uses of AI Segmentation's cloud detection (export control and sanctions) and the rules on imagery you send us. TerraLab may suspend a subscription that breaks them.

Pricing, VAT and Payment

Prices are shown excluding tax, in the currency that matches the subscriber's country: EUR, USD, GBP, CAD, AUD, CHF, BRL, INR, ZAR, IDR, PHP, THB or MYR. Prices in Indonesian rupiah (IDR), Philippine peso (PHP), Thai baht (THB) and Malaysian ringgit (MYR) are regional prices reserved for subscribers resident in Indonesia, the Philippines, Thailand or Malaysia respectively who pay with a payment method issued in that country. TerraLab may ask a subscriber on a regional price to confirm their residence. If the conditions are not met, TerraLab may apply the standard price from the next renewal, or cancel the subscription and refund the amount paid. The amount charged is the amount shown when ordering. A subscriber keeps the currency of their first subscription for later purchases. French VAT (currently 20%) is added for subscribers established in France and for individuals residing in the European Union. Business subscribers established in another EU member state with a valid intra-EU VAT number are invoiced under the reverse charge (Article 196 of Directive 2006/112/EC; the invoice bears the «Reverse charge» mention). Subscribers established outside the EU are invoiced without VAT. Payment is processed by Stripe, by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard and other major networks) or by electronic wallets Stripe supports.

Student Price

A student price is reserved for students currently enrolled in a higher-education institution: -50% on the first 3 months of a monthly plan, once per person. Eligibility is checked with a school email address and a declaration of enrolment made in your account. If the declaration is inaccurate, TerraLab may cancel the subscription and refund it.

Price Changes

Prices may change to reflect our costs, in particular the computing and hosting of AI processing, or changes in the features included. We email you at least thirty (30) days before a change takes effect, with your current price, the new price and the date it applies.

The new price applies from your first renewal on or after that date. You may cancel free of charge and without penalty before then, from your dashboard or the Customer Portal; your subscription stays active at your current price until the end of the period already paid.

For business subscribers, the notice is sixty (60) days. You may terminate free of charge and without penalty before the effective date; otherwise the new price applies from your first renewal on or after it. Either party may terminate the subscription on that date.

No price change applies to a billing period already paid. Prices set by a public procurement contract or a signed agreement stay firm for its term.

Subscription, Renewal and Cancellation

The subscription has no fixed term. It is billed at the start of each period and renews automatically at the end of each billing period: each month for a monthly plan, each year for an annual plan. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard or the Customer Portal. Your subscription then stays active until the end of the current period; after that, paid features stop on your account. Your account is kept, and paid features come back if you subscribe again.

Free Trial

Some paid plans start with a 7-day free trial, offered once per person and per plugin; the Pack counts as all three plugins. A payment card is required to start it. During the trial you have the full Pro allowance of the plan. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription you chose starts automatically when the trial ends: your card is charged the price shown at checkout, then at the start of each period. We email you a reminder 3 days before the trial ends. You can cancel at any time during the trial from your dashboard, in one click: you keep the paid features until the trial ends and nothing is charged. Usage during the trial is not carried over: your allowance starts fresh with the first paid period. If the first payment fails, paid features stop until it succeeds. If you are a consumer, the 14-day withdrawal period runs from the day the trial starts. TerraLab may refuse or end a trial in case of abuse, in particular several trials by the same person or with the same card.

Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you may withdraw within 14 days of subscribing, without giving any reason. Email yvann.barbot@terra-lab.ai or use the link below. This right does not apply to subscriptions taken out by a business, nor to renewals.

Refunds

If you withdraw within this period, you are refunded in full within 14 days, to the payment method you used. Otherwise subscription fees are non-refundable, except case by case, in particular for a technical defect attributable to the service. Send any request to yvann.barbot@terra-lab.ai.

Data Processing

Our Privacy Policy sets out how we handle your data. In short: AI Segmentation and AI Agent process your inputs in the European Union. AI Edit generation runs on Google Vertex AI and may be processed outside the EU, under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Inputs, generated outputs, reference images and detection tiles are stored in the EU for the lifetime of your account, for history, support and service improvement. Each plugin names where a mode runs before you start it, and your layers and files stay on your computer.

Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee specific results from AI processing. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. For consumers, none of this limits the legal conformity warranty for digital content and services (articles L224-25-12 and following of the French Consumer Code).

Modification of Terms

We may modify these terms. We email you about material changes at least 30 days before they take effect. Using the service after that date means you accept them.

Contract Assignment

TerraLab SAS may transfer this contract to any entity that takes over its business, including through a merger, demerger, partial business contribution or sale of business. This does not affect your rights, the quality of service or your subscription terms. We notify you at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after the transfer means you accept it.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by French law. For business subscribers, the courts of Paris have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about their formation, performance or interpretation. Consumers residing in the European Union may bring proceedings before the courts of their place of residence (Regulation Brussels I bis, EU No. 1215/2012). The parties first try to settle any dispute amicably.

Invoicing

An invoice is generated for each payment and available in your Customer Portal (Stripe). Each invoice carries the mentions required by Article L441-9 of the French Commercial Code and Article 242 nonies A of Annex II of the French General Tax Code: seller name, legal form, share capital, SIREN, RCS, VAT number and registered office, customer identity, sequential number, issue date, service, unit price excluding tax, VAT rate and amount, total including tax, payment terms and due date.

Late payment penalties and fixed indemnity (B2B)

For business subscribers (Article L441-10 of the French Commercial Code), any late payment automatically triggers, without prior notice, penalties at three times the legal interest rate and a fixed collection indemnity of 40 euros (Decree no. 2012-1115 of 2 October 2012). Further compensation may be claimed with evidence if actual collection costs are higher.
