Data We Collect

We collect the following categories of personal data depending on how you interact with our services:

Account Data

Email address, collected when you create an account via magic link authentication.

Payment Data

Payment processing is handled entirely by our payment processor. We never store or access your credit card details.

Plugin Usage Data

For our cloud-based plugins (AI Edit, AI Segmentation Pro), only the selected area you choose is sent to our processing infrastructure for AI analysis. Images are processed in real-time and immediately discarded. We do not store your geospatial data. For our local-inference plugin (AI Segmentation, free), no images, prompts, or clicks ever leave your machine. For all plugins, when you opt in, we collect pseudonymized diagnostic metrics such as generation duration, error codes, resolution settings, operating system, and QGIS version. These metrics are tied to your email address so we can debug individual issues and improve plugin reliability. They contain no geospatial data or project content. You can request deletion of your metrics at any time by contacting us.

Subscription Data

Activation key, subscription status, usage count per billing period, and product information.

Analytics Data (with consent)

With your consent, we collect website usage data including page views, click interactions, and session recordings on product and account pages. You can decline analytics cookies at any time.
