Pricing questions
- Yes, on all three plugins. AI Agent includes 10 messages a month. AI Edit includes 3 free generations a month. AI Segmentation includes 3 km² of Automatic detection and 20 Semi-Auto object detections a month, renewed every month, no credit card. Semi-Auto on your own machine is free on top of that, with no counter, and in AI Agent the open data catalogue and the QGIS plugins it drives are free too. Install the plugins in QGIS and sign in to start.
- No. The free plan is for trying the plugins out and for personal or study work. The moment the result goes into a job you are paid for, a deliverable for a client or an employer, or anything your organization sells, you need a paid plan. A paid plan covers commercial use by one named person. For several people, write to us and we quote the seats on one invoice. The plugins themselves stay free software under GPLv2. This rule is about our AI service and what it produces.
- It sits in France and the EU, and you can export or delete it from the Account section of your dashboard. On Free we keep the conversation 90 days and technical copies 12 months, and you can switch both off in Settings. On Pro nothing is kept: no technical copies, no transcript, and nothing of yours trains a model. AI Edit sends the map area and your prompt to an image partner in the USA, which deletes them within 30 days. The full list is on our sub-processors and DPA page.
- Yes. Every payment generates an invoice with VAT handled at checkout, emailed automatically and available anytime from your dashboard.
- Annual plans are billed once a year at the price of 10 months, so you get 2 months free. Monthly plans have no commitment.
- Your allowance resets on the same day every month, shown in your dashboard and in QGIS. That covers AI Agent messages, AI Edit generations and AI Segmentation detections. Until then, Semi-Auto on your own machine keeps working, free and uncounted. We never bill you for going over. If you run out often, move to Pro or write to us and we sort it out.
- Yes, in one click from your dashboard. You keep access until the end of the paid period, then your account falls back to the free plan. Nothing is deleted.
