Questions and answers
Who can get it?
Students currently enrolled in a higher-education institution, with a school email address. Teachers and staff are not eligible.
How does the free trial work?
You add a card and pay nothing for 7 days. Cancel before day 7 and you are never charged. After that, the student price applies for the rest of the 12 months.
What happens after 12 months?
Renew the student price on this page if you still study, or the plan continues at the full monthly price. We email you 30 days and 7 days before the end. Renewal works every year, up to 4 years.
Does it work on the yearly plan?
No, only on monthly plans. The yearly plan already gives 2 months free, and you can switch to it from your dashboard.
Can I use it more than once?
The first student price is for a first subscription, once per person, school address and card. After that you renew the same subscription each year.
My school is not recognised. What can I do?
Email lilien.auger@terra-lab.ai with your school address and we will check it by hand.
